I am new to this. As a matter of fact this is only my second experience with automatic writing or channelling but what I have learned is profound and has settled for me much of the spiritual distress I have been feeling of late. Moreover I am excited about the prospects for the future. In reading posts here and there on tribe it seems as though this is pertinant information for many of you who are feeling the same things. Increased empathy, or an accelleration of other talents, which may be resulting in feelings dissasociated from your current situation.

If anyone reading this has heard any of these names before or has any advice for me as to how I can resolve what I believe to have heard during this session, please contact me. I googled all of them and recieved results only for Adriel which is from the bible and Nebuton which seems to be a last name of some sort although not one of prolific useage. I have left out some passages of a more personal nature but for the most part what follows is verbatim:

We are Zamzael, Adriel, Nebuton and Exemetrius. Those are only names that we assume for your benefit as we are beings of light and our real names would be unpronounceable as they are more of a concept than a name per se. We are from the fifth star in the Plieades called Dionemetrius. You can come and talk with us anytime, we are always here and we quite enjoy assisting all of you in your journeys in the dense incarnations. Not all of you are descended from the Plieades however many are.

You are beings of love and light....you are our children so to speak and we wish for you to not be afraid of what lies ahead because for some of you it is more beautiful than you can imagine.

As we said before and have said to those before you, you are beings of love and light and your role in this universal orchestra is to help build the energy required to take us all to the next phase. That is why there are so many of you...think of your planet as a sort of cosmic generator. Things are not progressing as quickly as we had hoped, the entire organism is quite complex so things are subject to change on minor levels. To tell you the entire history would be unnecessary and we do not feel that you are up to the particular task of recording it all. There have been certain upsets in the cosmic plan over the many years but we have kept the lid on things as best we can...think of us as universal 'spin doctors'.

Your race on planet earth has had many hardships but you have done well and overcome them one by one. You are heading into a maelestrom that may seem frightening at first but when you emerge on the other side...well...we're sure you'll like it. We mean that it will be unsettling in an energetic way...no there will be no plauges or epidemics, non of that biblical fire and brimstone.

Your job through it...the people doing what you call energy work are going to have to help vast numbers be settled in this comming time of energetic confusion. Perhaps we are scaring you, we do not mean to, it will not be that bad. You will help many people transition into the new energy that is comming with the year 2012. Just continue to prepare yourselves through your proven methods of prayer, meditation and excersize, and don't forget to have fun. We hear that the dense incarnations while limiting, can be very pleasurable as well.

There are other planets that are almost synchronized with your developement, so while there has been a period of dormamce which for you has seemed like millions of years...very soon we wil all be very busy.
